Intake & Orientation

  • Optional pre-session consultation to answer questions and reduce anxiety

Session Participation

  • Groups are structured, but never shaming

  • I use interactive tools like role play, scenario cards, and visual aids

  • Attendance, engagement, and respectful participation are key

I will match you with the appropriate group or individual service based on your referral type and goals.
